Service Agreement
1. Services
Quantivus Technology provides software development, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and consulting services. All services are provided subject to these terms and any applicable service-specific agreements.
2. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in work products delivered by Quantivus Technology remain with Quantivus Technology unless explicitly transferred in writing. Client retains ownership of their data and information.
3. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. Quantivus Technology implements industry-standard security measures to protect client data.
4. Limitation of Liability
Quantivus Technology's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, client receives all completed work and pays for services rendered.
